Naturopathic Consultations

Naturopathy blends modern scientific knowledge with traditional and natural forms of healthcare, focusing on holistic, proactive prevention and comprehensive diagnosis of chronic and acute health issues.


Alex will help you to discover the root cause of your symptoms through a comprehensive case history, naturopathic diagnostics and laboratory tests (where necessary) and then support your return to whole health through nutritional, emotional and physical support. She may also suggest nutritional and herbal supplementation depending on the individual.


Alex is particularly interested in the mind-body connection and her areas of speciality include: mild anxiety/depression, digestive issues, pain management and regulating the immune system.

Interest in healthy eating is growing rapidly amongst the public with an increasing understanding that eating well means improved immunity, more energy, and better concentration.


Mindfulness for everyday health

Mindfulness is becoming an increasingly popular tool to help people manage busy lives and even busier minds. This talk or 6 session course provides an introduction to the science of mindfulness and easy, yet powerful mindfulness practices.

Cookery classes in the home

For groups or individuals.


Bringing a box of ingredients and goodies with me, I will take you through healthy and super-easy breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack recipes to get you started on your health oddysey.


Before the session, I will ask you to let me know which foods you like and dislike or are allergic/intolerant to ensure the recipes are tailored to you. 


You can also come for food preparation lessons in my home. 


This makes a wonderful addition to any naturopathy treatment plan or makes a great present or activity for family/friends. 

£100 per hour + £10 per hour travel time (+ food cost) - recommend for small groups of 2-5 people (sessions last between 1-2 hours depending on number of recipes required). Available Thurs and Fri evenings and Saturday mornings only.
