Instructions for the Holistic Health Screening process

 

The screening is made up of two sessions - the initial 25 minute screening process and then a 55 minute follow up where we go through the results.

 

Prior to the initial session, you will need to:

Go to www.lightprogramme.com.

Register by clicking the ‘register here’ link on the front page.

Your username should be your full name and entered as all one word.

Please do not eat anything for 8 hours before your screening appointment.

You should drink only plain water.

Remember to wear gym clothing (tight shorts for men and leggings and close fitting top for women).

 

Missed appointments or cancallations within 24 hours of appointment are subject to the full session fee.
